I am a writer, gardener, cook, artist, wife, and mother of two unschooled boys. When I am not spending time with my family, working in the garden, or visiting local farms, I am most often in the kitchen experimenting with nutrition whole food ingredients to feed my family while juggling multiple food allergies and intolerances. I study natural nutrition and herbalism late into the night, when the house is asleep.
